When i make the cake recipe for the first time, i was really exited to make it as it was a special occasion my nephew’s birthday and i tried my best to make the cake and he loved it too.the cake was very simple,easy,delicious, moist and sponge too.
for making a simple and easy cake recipe you need flour ,condensed milk,sugar and butter. first cake a cake batter then put the cake batter in cake tin in (oven or pressure cooker) and after 30 minutes our simple and easy eggless cake recipe will be ready.
Step by Step on how to make simple and easy eggless sponge cake recipe
Step 1- Take 1 cup refined flour in a bowl.
Step 2- Add 1/4 tspn baking soda,1/2 tspn baking powder to the refined flour and set it aside.
Step 3- Now add all the dry ingredients i.e 1/2 cup condensed milk,
1/4 cup powdered sugar,1/4 cup desi ghee/butter in another bowl
and mix it well till it get shiney and smooth.
Step 4- Now add 1/4 cup of milk to the bowl and mix it well.
Step 5- Cut the cashew nuts and raisins in a bowl in smaller pieces.
Step 6- Now preheat the pressure cooker in the stove and add 1 cup of salt inside the cooker and spread is all around the cooker.it further also helps in maintaining the temperature. the cake tin must not touch the cooker directly .
Step 7- You can also use a rack inside the cooker above the salt.
Step 8- Take the cake tin out and greese it all around with butter or ghee.
Step 9- Now take a tspn of flour and add it to cake it and toss it all around so it get layered all around the cake tin.Also remove the extra flour from the cake tin.
Step 10- Now lets prepare the cake batter mixture. Add the refined flour bowl into the mixture of condensed milk,sugar and butter mixture and mix it in one direction very all.
Step 11- we can see the cake mixture is very hard so add 1/2 cup of milk and start mixing it in one direction.Don’t let the batter get bubbles.
Step 12- Don’t let the cake batter get to much dry or to much thin. make it a perfect silky mixture.
Step 13- Now add the Cutted cashew nuts and raisins in the bowl and mix it well in one direction.
Step 14- Now put the cake batter into the cake tin.
Step 15- Now shift the cake tin inside the pressure cooker and bake it in low flame for about 25-30 minutes.(use the cake without a vessel)
Step 16- Take a knife and check the cake,if the knife comes out clean then the cake is done unless bake it for another 5 minutes.
Step 17- Now take out the cake tin and put it on a cooling rack so it cools down instantly.
Step 18- Now after 10 minutes our cake is cooled,loosen the sides of cake with a knife and take it out in a plate.
Step 19- Now our easy and simple cake is ready. its so sponge i love it yummy.

- 1/4 tspn baking soda

- 1.4 cup desi ghee/butter

5- Take the cake tin out and greese it all around with butter or ghee.
6- Add the refined flour bowl into the mixture made earlier.
7- Don’t let the cake batter get to much dry or to much thin. make it a perfect silky mixture.
8- Now add the Cutted cashewnuts and graphes in the mixture bowl and put the cake batter into the cake tin.
9- Now shift the cake tin inside the pressure cooker and bake it.
10- Take a knife and check the cake,if the knife comes out clean then the cake is done.
11- Now take out the cake tin and put it on a cooling rack ,loosen the sides of cake with a knife and take it out in a plate.
12- Now our easy and simple sponge cake is ready.
- Don’t put the cake tin directly into the cooker tin. don’t let it touch the bottom of cooker directly unless the cake and the tin may burn.
- don’t open the cooken lid again and again . it will not make the cake sponge and moist.
- you can use oil in place of butter too.
- if you had a oven just out the cake tin in oven.

mix the batter for atleast 10 minutes so that its get much smoother that will make it a more sponge and moist cake.
