Step 1-Get 300 gm of chicken breast and cut it into medium sized pieces.

Step 4-Add 1 large tspn red chilli powder,salt to taste,1 large tspn ginger-garlic paste,1/2 tspn garam masala powder,1 tablspn corn starch,1 tablspn redined flour and 1 egg.

To Marinate the chicken

  • 300 gm boneless chicken
  • 1 large tspn red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 large tspn ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspn garam masala powder
  • 1 tablspn corn starch
  • 1 tablspn redined flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tspn lemon juice

For Deep frying the chicken

  •  Oil 1/2 tbsp + to deep fry
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 large tspn red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspn refined flour
  • 1 tspn cumin seeds
  • 1 tspn mustard seeds
  • 4-5 red chilli whole
  • 15-20 curry leaves
  • 2 tspn scraped coconut

    Directions-

1-Get 300gm of chiken breast and cut it into medium sized pieces.

2-Add chilli powder,salt,ginger-garlic paste,garam masala powder,corn starch,redined flour and egg to the chicken bowl.

3- Now Mix all together very gently with the chicken pieces and also add lemon juice.

4- Now preheat oil in a pan and start frying the chicken.

5- take the chicken pieces out in a bowl.

6-Take a bowl and Add yogurt,red chilli powder,refined flour  and mix it well .

7-add oil in the pan and now add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,red chilli whole and cook it.

8- Now add curry leaves,yougurt mixture into these.

9-Now add the fried chicken pieces into the pan.toss it up until the chicken has observed the complete yogurt.

10- Now the chicken 65 is almost done ,add scraped coconut into this and give a final toss.
