Step 1-Get 300 gm of chicken breast and cut it into medium sized pieces.
Step 2- Don’t cut in cubes, cut the chicken making the knife littel flatter as shown in the picture.learn the art of cutting chicken.
Step 3-put the chicken in a bowl.the chicken has been cutted,cut the way i had cutted it.this will make he chicken nice and soft.
Step 4-Add 1 large tspn red chilli powder,salt to taste,1 large tspn ginger-garlic paste,1/2 tspn garam masala powder,1 tablspn corn starch,1 tablspn redined flour and 1 egg.
Step 5- Now Mix all together very gently with the chicken pieces.marinate the chicken softly.
Step 6- Now add 1/2 tspn lemon juice.
Step 7- Now preheat oil in a pan and start frying the chicken.release one chicken at a time.

To Marinate the chicken
- 300 gm boneless chicken
- 1 large tspn red chilli powder
- salt to taste
- 1 large tspn ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tspn garam masala powder

- Oil 1/2 tbsp + to deep fry
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 large tspn red chilli powder
- 1/2 tspn refined flour
- 1 tspn cumin seeds
- 1 tspn mustard seeds
- 4-5 red chilli whole
- 15-20 curry leaves
- 2 tspn scraped coconut
