Step 1- Take a bowl out . Add 250 gm boneless chicken pieces (cutted into cubes) to it after washing it.

Step 2- Now add 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 tspn tandoor color,1 tspn kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tspn mix masala, 1 tspn ginger garlic paste and salt to taste.

Step 3- Marinate the chicken nicely so that all the ingredients mix well with the chicken pieces.

Step 4- Switch on the stove, put a pot on the flame and add the marinated chicken pieces into it.

Step 5- Stir the chicken pieces well till the water from the chicken comes out and observes completely.

Step 6- Now we can see the chicken pieces are getting dry as all the water get observed.

Step 7- take out the chicken pieces in a plate and let it cool for sometime.

Step 8- Till than lets start making gravy for the chicken tikka masala.

Step 9- Switch on the stove and put a pan on the flame. Add 2 tspn oil to the pan.

Step 10- Add 1 tspn ginger garlic paste and stir it for a minute.

Step 11- Now add 1 cup crushed onions,2 tspn coriander leaves and stir it well for a while.

Step 12- After that add 1 tspn kashmiri red chili powder,1 tspn mix masala,salt to taste ,3 tspn kaju (cashew nut) powder and fry it for 2 minutes.

Step 13- Now add 1/2 cup water to the pan, 1 tspn kitchen king masala , 1/2 tspn tandoor color and cook it for sometime. (if you want more gravy add 2-3 tspn water to it)

Step 14-now cover the lid and lower the flame and cook it for atleast 5-6 minutes.

Step 15- till then lets start grilling the chicken pieces with a tandoor grill (stick).

Step 16- Now higher the stove flame and stance the chicken pieces in the flame till it get black for the sides.

Step 17- in the same manner,stance all the chicken pieces with the grill till the chicken pieces get darker from the sides.

Step 20- add 1 -2 tspn water to the pan and stir it very nicely so that the chicken pieces coats the gravy very well.

Step 21- now cover the lid for 5 minutes so that it cooks well.

Step 22- Our chicken tikka masala is ready now.so switch off the flame.

Ingredients for making chicken tikka masala recipe-

for Marinating the Chicken pieces

  • 2 tspn oil to the pan
  • 1 tspn ginger garlic paste
  •  1 cup crushed onions
  • 2 tspn coriander leaves
  • 1 tspn kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 tspn mix masala
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tspn kaju (cashew nut) powder
  • 1/2 cup water to the pan
  •  1 tspn kitchen king masala
  • 1/2 tspn tandoor color

For garnishing the chicken tikka masala

  • Some coriander leaves
Directions for making chicken tikka masala-

12- now cover the lid for 5 minutes so that it cooks well.

13- Our chicken tikka masala is ready now.Garnish it with some coriander leaves.

Instructions-
  1. Marinate the chicken for atleast 1 hour unless it may be hard while roasting.
  2. Don’t make too much gravy unless the magical taste would get eliminated.
  3. you can use coconut powder in place of kaju powder.
  4. you can also use fresh cream for serving and garnishing it.
Bonus tip about chicken tikka masala-

Serve chicken tikka masala hot with butter naan or plain rice but butter naan will be the best.
