Step 1- Add 1 cup refined flour into a bowl.

Step 2-Now Add 1/3 cup yogurt, 1 tspn sugar, 1/2 tspn salt and 1/2 tspn baking soda to the bowl and 1 tblspn oil mix it well.

Step 3-Now take warm water, prepare a soft dough.

Step 4- Grease your hands with some oil and knead the dough again until its becomes shiney and smoother.

Step 5- We have to knead the dough for 6-8 minutes till it get completely greasey and shiney.

Step 6-now our greasy dough is ready,when you will press the dough it will bounce back.

Step 7- Put littel oil over the dough and make it more shiney.

Step 8- Cover the bowl with a cloth and set it aside for 2 hours in a warm place.

Step 10- Now let start making naan bread. take some flour in hands and add it to the dough and punch it for atleast a minute.

Step 12- Now Dust it with flour and remove the extra flour from it and keep it aside.

Step 20- the naan bread is getting darker from upper side it means the naan bread is cooked at the bottom side.
