For making black forest Sponge Cake

Step 1- Add the salt to a cooker, use cooker without whistle.  add a rack inside it, cover and heat in low flame for about 5-6 minutes.

Step 2- add 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and mix in gentely until it gets light and smooth.

Step 3- After that add condensed milk, mix it smoothly.

Step 4- Add 1 cup flour, 3 tspn cocoa powder, 1/2 tspn baking powder, 1/4 tspn baking soda. Mix in well tiell it becomes smooth.

Step 5- Now add in warm Milk or hot water and make it more smoother .

Step 6- Now our cake batter is ready.

Step 7- Add butter to the cake tin then add butter paper inside it and again add some more butter above the butter paper and shift the batter to the cake tin.

Step 8- Shift the tin inside the cooker which must be preheated , Cover it and make sure its in low flame possible.

Step 9- Bake the cake  for around 30 mins. Check the sponge after 30 mins with a knife, if the knife comes out clean, cake is ready! If not, bake for another 5 mins.

Step 10-take it out and let it cool for 10 mins. Loosen the sides with a knife ,remove the butter paper and then transfer the cake into a plate then to a freezer.

for Icing the black forest cake :
Step 12-put a bowl for 15 minutes in a freezer after that Beat 600 ml whipping cream with 5 tspn powdered sugar in the chilled bowl.

Filling:

Step 13-Take the 10-12 cherries and crush them and take out the seed out!

for making sugar Syrup:

Step 14-Take out syrup from cherry tins. Add 4 tspn sugar to it and then heat until sugar melts.

for the Shavings:

Step 15-Take dark 2 large compound chocolate bar and peel it with a peeler.After peeling, freeze for 10 mins .

Assembling the Final black forest cake:

Step 16-Cut the top of the chocolate cake sponge and  make it flatter .

Step 17-Cut it revolving the cake all around from every side.

Step 18-Cut the cake into 3 equal disc sized and take aside in a plate.

Step 19-sprinkle the sugar syrup on each cake piece and let it absorb which will make the cake moist and delicious.

Step 20-place one piece of cake in a plain plate and add littel cream at the bottom so that the cake remains constant.

Step 21-Apply the whipped cream frosting at the top all around and all add some chopped cherries.

Step 22-Place the second piece of cake on top and apply the whipped cream frosting and some chopped cherries along with.

Step 25-plain the cake from top and sides with a plain knife.

Ingredients for making eggless black forest cake recipe

For the preparation of chocolate cake sponge

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 3 tspn Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 tspn Baking Soda

  • 1 tspn Vanilla Extract
  • 4 tspn Milk/Hotwater
  • 1-2 cup Salt

  • 600 ml Whipping Cream
  • 5 tspn Powder Sugar

Filing the black forest cake :

  • 1/3 cup Red Cherries

For making sugar Syrup:

  • 1/2 cup Syrup from Cherry tin
  • 4 tspn Sugar

for the Shavings:

  •  2 Chocolate Bar
  • 10-12 Red Cherries

Directions-

  1. for making chocolate sponge cake, you can use the oven too if you had.
  2. cut the chocolate cake layers revolving the cake for that i won’t break.
  3. add whipped cream at every where in the cake so that its get coated well.
  4. don’t eat the cake without me ( i was kidding ).
