Step 1- Buy the best quality basmati rice (must). soak the rice for half an hour in 2 cups of water.
Step 2- heat 4 tspn oil in a cooker and insert 6 chopped onions,cook it till it becomes light brown.
Step 3- Grind 4 tomatos and 2 green chilli in a mixer.tomato pure in ready.
Step 4-now add 2 ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Add 1 1/2 tspn red chili powder,1 tspn turmeric powder,2 tspn garam masala powder,tomato pure and salt.
Step 5- cook it for 2 minutes.
Step 6- now add chicken pieces and cook till it becomes soft.
Step 7- now it becomes soft, i had cooked it for almost 15 minutes.
Step 8- Now add coriander leaves,mint leaves and stir it for 1 minute.
Step 9- now pour water from the soaked rice and allow it to boil.
Step 10- when it starts boiling add lemon juice and check salt.
Step 11- Now add the soaked basmati rice to the chicken.
Step 12- mix the rice well with the chicken.
Step 13- now cover it and wait for the first vessel.
Step 14- put off the flame and when the pressure had come down open the led.
