Step by Step Pictures for Making Chicken Dopiaza recipe
Step 1- Take a pan and preheat it and Add 2 tspn oil.
Step 2- add 1 tspn jeera (caraway seeds) and 2-3 finely chopped onions.
Step 3- fry it well till it becomes light brown and add 1/2 kg chicken pieces to the pan.
Step 4- Stir the chicken well with the onions and cook the chicken with the onions and cover it for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5- After 3-4 minutes stir the chicken again for atleast 2-3 minutes.
Step 6- After that add 1 tspn turmeric powder and mix it well with the chicken and onions so that they get coated well.
Step 7- Again cover the chicken for atleast 2-3 minutes to get it fried.
Step 8- After 2-3 minutes,remove the lid we can see the chicken is now half fried.
Step 9-Now add 1 tspn red chilli powder,1 tspn jeera powder,1 tspn coriander powder,1 tspn garam masala powder and mix it well with the chicken.
Step 10- now fry it for 1 minute and add 2 tspn ginger-garlic paste, 1 tspn black pepper and mix it well with the chicken to get coated.
Step 11- Again cover the lid and get it cooked for about 2 minutes and after 2 minute remove the lid.
Step 12- stir the chicken pieces again well and add 3 tspn tomato pure and mix it gently.
Step 13- again cover the lid for 2 minutes and after that stir the chicken again for about a minute.
Step 14- we can see that the tomato pure is cooked completely and now add 1 cup water into the chicken.
Step 15- Now that 2 onions cutted into large pieces as shown in the picture below.
Step 16- Once again cover the lid for 5 minutes and now add salt to taste,1/3 cup finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
Step 17- Now the chicken dopiaza is finally ready to be served.

- 1 tspn coriander powder
- 1 tspn garam masala powder

- 1 cup water
- 2 onions cutted into large pieces
- salt to taste
- 1/3 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
1- Take a pan and preheat it and Add oil, 1 jeera (caraway seeds) and chopped onions.

6- now fry it for 1 minute and add ginger-garlic paste,black pepper.
7- stir the chicken pieces again well and add 3 tspn tomato pure.
8- now add 1 cup water into the chicken and 2 onions cutted into large pieces.
9- cover the lid for 5 minutes and now add salt ,chopped coriander leaves.
10- Now the chicken dopiaza is finally ready to be served.
- Add chopped onions in a bulk , don’t settle down with 2-3 onions.
